I'm Rebecca Thomas

I'm a former restaurateur who lost 55 pounds by eating real food at home. That was in 2010. I never put it back on.

My kitchen is the epicenter of a peaceful, nourishing relationship with food.

However, I don't have the time or patience for intense planning, spending weekends meal-prepping, or searching for a recipe at the end of a long day.

I developed this system to prepare real food every day with as little friction as possible. It's how I feed myself to regulate my metabolism, mood, and hunger.
